Computer Based Tensile Testing Machine

The SK Computerized Tensile testing machine is widely used for evaluating the tensile strength of plastic products, pet bottles and various other products. The equipment has a capacity of 10,000 Kgf with a least Count of 5 kg. It is a floor standing model of C.R.E. Type fabricated using heavy duty Mild steel. The SK Computerized Tensile testing machine offers a grip to grip separation between 25mm and 700mm. Two sets of grips are supplied with the machine.

The equipment provides an accurate cross head speed between 50mm and 500mm / min. and is powered by a Servo Motor, which can be run at variable speed. A graphic user interface PC has been incorporated to provide accurate speed control. The machine offers an overall Head Travel Length of 800mm without Grips. It has been fitted with Universal ‘S’ Type / Pancake Type Load cell which has an accuracy of +0.5%.

The SK Computerized Tensile testing machine comes complete with a calibration certificate traceable to NPL approved labs. Automatic Load Sensor Sensing is conducted by the machine through Advance electronics.

The equipment has been fitted with an Over Load / Travel Safety device which has an Auto stop facility controlled through special software In-built Advanced Micro – controller systems have also been incorporated to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.

The machine also has a tensile card – 1927 or 945a, 16 bit ADC & DAC. It is mandatory for the user to install a Computer and Printer (Pentium or Higher version is not part of the offer).

Windows based tensile software program has been specially designed to perform & store basic Tensile & compression test readings. Power Requirement is Stabilized, 220-240V AC, 50Hz, and Single Phase.
